GM Preferred Owner Program Terms and Conditions


Preferred Owner Card:
J.C. Harris Cadillac is proud to offer our new Preferred Owner Program. With every dollar you spend in our service, parts, or body shop departments we will apply 5% of your total bill to your preferred card in the form of award dollars. You can use your award dollars to purchase any goods and services at J.C. Harris Cadillac. This is at NO cost to you. Simply swipe you card at our cashier window when you pick up your vehicle, and we’ll take care of the rest. Come on in and ask your service advisor or sales associate to sign you up.

Program Rules:

· Initial card setup benefits include $100 award dollars towards the purchase of a new or used vehicle.

· Earn 5% of total customer pay for service or parts (less tax) towards any service or parts purchase.

· Your Preferred Owner membership can be used for any vehicle in your household.

· Any items purchased with the preferred owner program cannot be returned for cash. All returned item’s value will be applied to the preferred card.

· Award dollars can be used in conjunction with other specials and coupons.

. Points expire 2 years from date of issue.

· There is a $800 maximum redemption amount allowed per service transaction.

· Customer eligible for GMS/Supplier purchase programs are not eligible to redeem sales rewards, but may utilize the service rewards program.

· Preferred Owner Rewards are not transferable.

· Service/Sales rewards are earned by customer pay on service or parts only. Factory or extended warranty repairs, insurance claims, or deductible charges are not eligible to earn rewards.

· J.C. Harris Cadillac reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the program at any time.
